IM-IN Hosting Refund Policy

At IM-IN Hosting, we strive to provide exceptional service and support. Below is our comprehensive refund policy to ensure transparency and understanding regarding your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Customers are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours after the initial purchase.

Refund Denial

If a refund request is made after the 72-hour window, the request will be denied. In the case of a chargeback initiated by the customer, IM-IN Hosting will open a case regarding the transaction as it is in direct violation of our terms and conditions, as well as our refund policy.

Processing Time

All approved refunds may take between 7 to 14 days to appear back in the customer's account. Please note that refunds are processed exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe.

Refund Method

Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, whether it be a credit/debit card or cryptocurrency address.

How to Request a Refund

If you would like to request a refund, please contact our support team by using our ticket system available on the billing (WHMCS) panel.
